It is rewarding to coach people to succeed in their private and professional lives. As a skilled coaching professional, I work directly with individuals, groups, businesses, enterprises, nonprofits, churches, and schools. I deliver my services in person, online, or by telephone.

It is my passion to release the word of God in your life. Preparing you for your season so you can advance the Kingdom of God in you. I believe that as we love one another as Jesus has called us to do, Miracles, Signs, and Wonders will manifest under the "Glory of God."

KDH Initiatives LLC offers professional, personal, and Christian coaching. As your business and life coach, we invest in people and educate people to understand the Promises of God in everyday life and balance your work and personal life.

Faith & Spiritual Encouragement

At KDH Initiatives (Kingdom, Deliverance, Healing), we encourage you through biblical principles as a life coach. As your spiritual life coach, we are dedicated to helping you recognize the stumbling blocks of possible generational patterns. We help you distinguish between flesh vs. spirit and effort vs. effortless and how faith moves mountains in your relationship with God.

Coaching Terms

Although my coach is not a licensed psychotherapist, I understand that I am not receiving therapy services. Additionally, I understand that I am working with my coach on non-clinical aspects of my well-being that are not of medical concern to mental health. Additionally, I am aware that my coach will not provide me with a diagnosis or counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, professional mental health care, or substance abuse treatment as defined by the American Psychiatric Association or Board of Behavioral Sciences.

  • I understand that my communications with my coach will be confidential to the extent established by the laws of the states and/or countries where each of us resides.
  • I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my overall well-being when I receive coaching services that include my decisions, actions, and behaviors.
  • I understand that all feedback, recommendations, and or suggestions offered by my coach are solely to assist me in achieving my established goals. Additionally, I am cognizant of the decision to give my informed consent to my coach to provide me with guidance and assistance in achieving my goals.
  • I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Kelly Howell and or KDH Initiatives LLC, their agents, successors, assigns, volunteers, vendors, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees Kelly Howell and or KDH Initiatives LLC from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or as a result of the recommendations given by Kelly Howell and or KDH initiatives LLC otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder.
  • I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
